  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping option selected at checkout.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that our live animals will arrive healthy and safe. If any issues arise with the condition of the livestock upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the animals in their original packaging.

  2. Refund or Replacement: At our discretion, we may offer a refund or one-time replacement if animals do not arrive alive. Shipping fees for replacements will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Special Shipping Conditions

  • Extreme Weather: During extreme temperatures, we may delay shipments to ensure the safety of your order. We will notify you of any delays and work to find a suitable shipping window.

  • PO Boxes: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship live animals to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

 

Important Considerations

  • Handling Upon Arrival: Unpack your items as soon as they arrive to avoid unnecessary stress on the animals.

  • No Re-Routing: Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. Please confirm your shipping address carefully.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our aquatic livestock and products, all purchases are final. We do not typically accept returns or exchanges for livestock, plants, or supplies. This policy ensures the health and safety of our animals and maintains our high standards of quality.

If you encounter a problem with your order due to transit damage or a significant discrepancy, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
